Best Bike Floor Pump
How I can best get in shape (installer)? I have a knee problem and have difficulty running / jumping / travel.?
Two years ago I dislocated my knee and have had recurring problems since. I suffer from chondromalacia, which is an accumulation of fuild behind my knee, which occurs from time to time. It seems very difficlut to run on hard surfaces, jumping on hard surfaces and bike upright. I recently started cheerleading again that gives me opportunity to run and jump on a sprung floor and matted, but I have to increase my fitness level to come later in the joy. Can anyone help? I'm looking for the heart pumping low-impact exercise / sports I guess. Thanks in advance.
First, you may want to consult your doctor to see what he / she suggests. Second, running long distances and the bike very often, but that's not all I do. I do cross training for both and swimming, pilates, walking, weight training and yoga are some of my favorites. Swimming, pilates and weight training are probably some things that would do. Swimming is def. pumping to a heart / lung capacity exercise challenge, but low impact. Pilates is more difficult than you think, but the muscles tones very well, and weight training can mean more resistance-type training (less weight, more reps) which will build the muscles around knee to avoid giving out. I had the same thing happened to me before and it was annoying to get drained every two months. Finally I realized I could not do the things I wanted do until you build the muscles, tendons, etc, to keep everything in place. Now not even feel and there has been the need for drainage in 8 years.
