Walmart I was charged in North Carolina, for theft … Conceiled items in my bag …. Then in November, four months later, I was thinking of putting some toys in regulation in a way Kmart and got distracted and got rid of all the toys that I had to get my id from my car after waiting in line for 30 minutes, and put my child in the basket and thought i empty all items in the basket, however, I had forgotten about the bike-in-box at the bottom of the car … I was left at the door and was accused of having my 1 year old to steal for me! so no matter what I said it looked like I was guilty …. what could the punishment? my court date in December this is no excuse thanks! I can not say I've never stolen in my life but I did not intentionally steal with my son in the car! ~ Wtf
My God …. nice excuse. You are not going to prison, but its going to be uncomfortable.
