im 5'10 159 pounds now near the age of 19 years (mean large frame) with 19% body fat (Classified by phsyicians (sp?) As acceptable) a significant amount of muscle in some places. Currently I am keeping my 1.7K cal/30g fat intake a daily limit. I'm trying to drink as much water as possible thruout the day, I'm currently intesifying my weight training and ab ripper start a day everyother little thing just to help pack muscle, cycling about 10 miles i everyother day for a significant amount of cardio a week, my goal is 153 pounds with a little muscle and body about 13% fat …… TWO QUESTIONS! 1! is that a good goal? 2! I eat more to help build muscle?!?!
hmm, reduce body fat% would be good if 19% is a bit high, but I think you're going to lose much weight, because as increased muscle become heavier (muscle weighs more than fat), but this is not a bad thing, and it will look better (and possibly slimmer) anyway despite they weigh a little more or the same. maybe eat more protein if you want to gain more muscle, but carbohydrates maintain the same
