Bike Frame Pump

Where is the oil leaking from my 1999 Honda Motorcycle Shadow ACE 1100 cc?

I bought this new journey in 1999, but after the period Production could not change the oil when due, perhaps due in 8000 4,000 miles on the odometer. I rode the bike with my wife as a passenger in Dayton, OH Memphis, Dayton TN and Virginia Beach, VA travel particularly on Interstate 70 to 80 mph. When he finally agreed to change the oil, which came out very black. After the oil change and filter slowly began leaking. I replaced the washer on the drain plug, fill and drain the oil re-again, making sure that the seal of the filter had a layer of oil on it before tightening, but still leaked. Near as I know, may be leaking on the board of the oil pump. I rode around with a gallon of oil substitution in the saddle, but now I do not know if I'd do ten miles to the dealer for repair. Service manual says the elimination of sub-frame and plenty of other places is required to access the oil pump removed. Any suggestions before doing this?

If not visible signs of oil leaks, such as n the ground where you see the best is being used by an engine because the rings worn or used in crankcase pressure the engine is forcing the oil through the fill hole
