Well, the big question is, are you buying it for training and general on-road riding or for racing on a track?
If you’re just buying it for road riding, it looks pretty good and the price is right. I have a Windsor that is just about the equivalent of that one and I like it a lot.
On the other hand, if you want it for racing on the velodrome, no, it’s way too heavy for that.
