Lose 5 lbs in 3 days???!!!!!?
I’m kinda fat and I feel really bad, it took me 2 and a half years to gain 10 lbs of fat, I’m 16 and 5’6”. Okay,l the problem is, I CAN’T get it off!!! I’ve done the three day military diet and I try to exercise, I weigh 135 lbs. Nothing seems to work I can feel that I built up the muscles but the fat is still there. ppl make fun of me and girls are being b!tches to me at school. I can’t order any diets or buy them so I need good solid tips. I want to lose 5 lbs in 3 days. I know it seems impossible but I know that people have done it. I want the fat gone before we have end of the year pics with friends, I hate it I wanna lose it as fast as possible PLEASE help I just want the extra chub gone!!!!! P.S. I can’t really jog or bike ride as I live in CO, and it is very cold and windy outside and there is still snow on the ground.
They say that if you loose more then one pound a day, it is really bad. But if you cut all the soda, chips, and all that you will loose weight and calories. Try to walk a lot, buy a jump rope.
