How long until i see results?(pictures included)?
I’m wondering if i do 50 crunches in the morning and 50 before bed when i will see results. Also, is it possible for me to get abs or a more toned stomach from what mine looks like now? or do i need to burn anymore fat to see them?

i’m a girl and i ride bike a lot, mostly jumping and tricks, i also longboard and skateboard. I’m about 98 pounds or 100 and 5’1” and 17 years old if that helps.

yeah i would say you need to exercise on your bike every morning if possible before breakfast. also make sure you eat every 3 hours, havin your normal 3 meals a day, plus a couple snacks inbetween, such as fruit or low cal/fat cereal bars. also eat nothing after 6pm and no snacking on junk food. keep up with the crunches, but i would recommend doing 3 – 4 sets of 12 reps of crunches only once every 2 days. Oh and also drink about 2 – 3 litres of water a day.
