Need help with motorcycle parking regulations and laws in San Diego.?
I just got a bike and am trying to find parking rules motorcycle in San Diego. Can you park on the sidewalk with a bicycle chain or something else? I hear there is free parking for downtown bike? How does this work? "I can park anywhere during the day and just keep the bike between the white lines painted in regular parking spaces, so they have no to feed the meter?
