Bike Pump Presta

What is the best micro bike pump for the money? Looking for $10-$20 range.?

I need one because the Zefal, or whatever it’s called doesn’t work. I bought it for my presta tube although I don’t have that bike to test it on. I need one that works well for both and is easy to use. Its very confusing to us.

Anyone got a better product with the range I supplied?

I bought this one from Kmart and it has been working well for three years. I like the way it mounts under the water bottle cage and has a plug to keep the valve area clean. Works on presta and shrader valves.
