Bike Rack Car Roof
How do you secure or lock a roof rack bike carrier from theft?
I just purchased these Swagman bike roof rack that can fit to most factory installed roof rack on cars or SUV. The problem is how can I secure it from theft leaving the racks on top of my car? It will probably take 10-15 minutes to remove one rack but doesn’t make me feel better leaving my roof racks on my car in any public parking lots or street parking. It will probably take about 20 minutes to install it on my roof rack and it’s a pain taking it down everytime I ride my bike. I ride about 3-4 times a week so it’s a pain. So leaving it would make it a lot easier for me but how can I secure it? Cable-locks maybe? Any other accessories?
u can park ur car somewhere safe or buy a chain lock 7lever.U can also buy a cable lock.it is costly but safe.
