Bike Rear Rack Bag

Where I can find a European bike bag / basket? What is even called?

While traveling in Europe this summer I realized that many people in and around Italy had this fabric (or maybe plastic) bags / baskets on their bikes. They had two large square bags hanging on both sides of the rear of the bike rack, connected by the part that goes on the grill. Does that make sense? I can not find anywhere here.
