Bike Valve Core

How do I remove a valve core on a bike tire?
I have a bottle of Murray Bicycle Tire Sealer, and in the Directions the first step is to “Remove valve core from tire.” What is a valve core and how do I remove it?
You need a core remover. Should be available at any autoparts store. Cheap.
HOWEVER. You’d be better off fixing or replacing your punctured tube than fooling with that gunk. Its not all that effective, and will eventually seal you valve as well, making it impossible to pump up your tire.
