Protocol 2.0 is a $ 300 Schwinn good deal?
The bike has rear disc brakes and Shimano front Shifters Shimano easy. Then I bought the bike I was waiting to put in a 2009 Fox Van R rear shock, a 2009 Marzocchi MX Pro fork thing, and a chain KMC X8 (but am not sure if I need a new chain). Please if you could review this and give me your opinion on this.
I see this bike has disc brakes Promax, even Shimano. They do not all updates to a bike that is sold by Amazon. You are proposing spending upwards of 400-500 dollars to upgrade this bike at $ 300. What sense does it? You do not have a $ 700 bike when finished will still have a $ 300 bike when finished. This isn't even a 9 speed of the bike …. What is buying is another high-end bike shop department, because that's what Amazon sells (along with things too cheap). The 50 Commandments for Shimano EF are the lowest in the range low to do and probably will not last anyway. The best bang I could get is to improve the wheels and leave everything else alone and out to mount. Suspension back is not for comfort, is to maintain contact with the surface as free as possible, and this suspension bikes will do very well. Reload this is a nonsense! Spend your money on a better bike from the start. Any suspension under $ 900 total is rubbish!
