Good Bike Workouts
Need a good bike for workout?
My brother wants to start working out and needs a good bike for long trips. Price is not an issue.
Way not enough info. How old is your brother? How does he know for sure he will enjoy cycling? What’s he consider a “long trip?”
If he wants an intense work out on a bike, get a mountain bike and take it out on trails. For a more leisurely work out, a Trek 7.2 is nice for highways and light trails. For strictly highways at speed, a road/racing bike.
Tell him to go to his local bike shop and test ride a few different styles before deciding.
