How fast is bicycling versus walking?

Trying to figure out a trip I’m doing. Google maps says it’ll take 8 days walking. I’m trying to figure out how to convert it into how long it would take on a bike. So
-Average speed walking
-Average speed bicycling

Using the same amount of energy on a level ground you can travel 4 times as far on a bicycle. So if you walk 3 miles for an hour you could have done 12 on a bicycle. Everyone’s cycling speed depends on their fitness level. You need to go out and ride for 10 miles to see what your average is.
