Can I claim against my bike dealer?
I have had a number of problems with my Honda 600CBF since I bought it from a local dealership about four months ago. Now the switch gear is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. This is likely to be expensive and my garage has told me that it shouldn’t happen on a 3 year old bike with only one previous owner.
Can I claim against the dealership that sold it to me as Honda refuse to help since it’s just out of warranty?
hmmm,depends on what sort of guarantee you got with it…switch gear failing is common fault on most bikes,normally they just require a strip and a clean as they get water inside…even second hand off ebay there only about £30…have a word with the dealer about the problems you’ve had with it,he may help out rather than have the bad publicity
