How should i train for “the Big Valley Race” on 8.30.2009?
I’m doing the Beginner Race which is1 lap or 8 miles. How should I train? I have about 28 days to train. Any advice on the race this is my first Mountain bike race. Can I use any of my free ride skills to have an advantage. I plan to take a Camel, spare tube, CO2 cartridge and a multi tool is that good am I missing something?
