Renters Insurance Bike

Is my landlord liable for theft or damage of personal property?
A property management company in my town prohibits bicycles inside one of its apartment buildings. They require bikes to be stored in a locked, video monitored bicycle storage room.
I have a bicycle covered by renter’s insurance with a $500 deductible and $8000 insurance replacement cost. If my bike were damaged or stolen from the apartment’s bicycle room would they be liable for the expense of repair or replacement?
No of course they aren’t.
