Not really. $ 400 is hard for a road bike this age, for the components. This motorcycle has RSX components of about 1995, and $ 400 that can find a new bike with nice components (such as 105). I know that San Francisco has a spice market for bicycles, but also very dynamic. I'd say keep your eyes open for a better deal, unless seller to part with it for half of what is cold calling.
