Road Bike Saddles Comfort

I want to buy a Giant OCR2 (2006) road bike as a first road bike?
I have ridden mtn. bikes, but I am looking into a road bike to get around town and for the occasional weekend ride.
Here are the components of this bike (used, a little dinged up):
Shifters: Shimano Tiagra
Front Derailleur: Shimano Tiagra
Rear Derailleur: Shimano Tiagra
Brakes: Tektro
Wheels: Front-Mavic CXP21/Rear-Mavic Reflex
Hubs: Shimano Sora
Crank: Bontrager Race 170mm Triple
Chain Ring: 53/39/30
Cassette: 12/25 9 speed
Stem: Profile Design Threaded Head Set
Pedals: Shimano SPD
Saddle: choice of fizik vitesse or forte COMFORT softail saddle
Size: S (I’m 5’3″ and it fits me great)
So she wants $275.00
What do you think?
Yes, I would recommend this bike as you said it fits you great. The geometry for this bike is more upright, so its an easier transition from mountain bike to a road bike. It’s also not a slouch bike either, pretty good on speed and very comfortable on long distance rides. The SPD pedals will also work with mountain shoes, I would recommend you getting SPD for your mountain bike as well, so you can use one pair of shoes for both bikes. Tiagra shifters are decent enough for weekend rides, and 9 speed is pretty decent too.
Since you said its a bit dinged up, how bad is it? If you see frame damage (actual dings, rusts, cracks; scratches are ok) I would probably stay away. The full MSRP is about $800 when new, I would recommend the price of $300-400 if its in top condition, then bargain down depending on the condition. Go ahead and ask for 250 and see what happens.
If its just dirty and needs lubing, you’ll be surprised how well the bike will be after a thorough cleaning, new bar tape, and tuneup.
