Road Bike Shorts Sale
Advice on what road bike to ask my Christmas gift?
I am asking for a road bike for Christmas this year and as much as I would like a brand spankin new $ 2,000 bike, which is a reasonable request to make of my parents. Any recommendations for a decent bike under $ 500? I do not mind going the used-bike path, but I'm short (only 5'2 "), which makes it difficult to find a match. Are there web sites of confidence used by bicycle or communities (in addition to Craigslist – I've tried)? Or anyone know of any great bike sales going?

It is not the cheapest, but nevertheless a good value. Check your LBS Bike used. If I have to be used, there are advantages of going to a reputable dealer. Unless you know what you're looking for and full confidence of the seller, avoid Temptation on craigslist.
