I need help Sizeing for my new road bike.?

I’m going to buy my first road bike online at bikes direct I need a little help with figureing out what size I should get. I went on the fit calculator on competativecyclist.com but I still don’t know what all the numbers mean. These are my measurements for

so what size frame should I get?

Try this site out, it may explain things a little better. The height ranges that Bikes Direct are very vague. The seat tube length is what you want to look at along with the stand over height. You want a 1-2 inch clearance when standing over the bike.
