Stand Bike Game
Please help with my summer routine.?
I am 14 years old and stand about 6 foot and one quarter inch and weight 137 pounds. I am pretty skinny, but I would like to change that. I run or bike regularly, and play lacrosse and basketball. Next year I am also starting football. I have noticed that most of the people on my teams who are really good are thick. By thick I mean they are muscly. They do not get pushed down too easy, unlike me. I get decked almost every lacrosse game, even though I am a head taller than some of the other guys. I was just wondering if someone could provide me with a workout routine that I could use over the summer. I have acess to a gym, so any machine routines are fine as well. I would also like to get stronger.
