Good place to buy a bike at a good price in Toronto?
I am a new student moving to Toronto and I'm looking to save cycling money on transportation. I wonder first of all if Toronto is a bike friendly city, if at all dangerous to ride in the city and, eventually, which should search to find a good cheap bike for a tall man. Thanks!
