How much does the 2010 Trek 820 weigh?
Most reviews I’ve read on this bike mention that it’s heavy like a tank, and I’d like to know what to expect before I commit to buy it.
Everyone always wants to know the answer to this question. However, as frame sizes differ, so will the weight of the bike. For example, a small 13″ frame would be lighter than a tall 21 or 22.5 ” frame. This may silly or stupid, but it works. Put the bike on a good digital read out bathroom scale, or hang it from a digital fish fish scale that goes up to 50lbs. or above. Hey…it works!
